Stairway To Heaven--

So WAY back in June 2010 part of my family came to visit (only the ones that love me) and we did this AMAZING hike!! What made it even more amazing was that my Mom and Dad made it up to the TOP!! Jonathan practically forced them to do it (not sure he was the favorite son in-law that day)! I think they forgave him though when they were able to enjoy the beautiful view. However their sore bodies in the weeks following may not have.

Still I think it was a pretty good time! I could not have been more proud of my parents!

Hiking Crouching Lion------22 weeks pregnant!!

So a lot has happened the last little while but I don't have access to those pictures right now so instead I'll tell you about the adventure we decided to take on yesterday.

The Mr. had been telling me about this hike Crouching Lion since we moved here and a year later I still had not gone on it with him. So with my growing belly we decided it was now or never. So five hours later and about a dozen or so falls (by me) later we had conquered The Lion! I won't lie though towards the end it about conquered me!


That's right we just walked across that ridge you see behind us!

My Thankful Post

Oh boy do I have so many things to be thankful for!!! However I am just going to share a few. -In no particular order of course-

I'm thankful for this guy (and his inventive facial hair, ladies you know you are jealous!)

And when on my Birthday he made me this french toast for breakfast. Awesome.

I am thankful we get to live so close to this place... Love, Love, Love it!

And that we are able to attend this school.
(well most days depending on the homework)

I am EXTREMELY thankful for our family!!
